Gripping the Bowling Ball

Both a good ball fit and the appication of a proper grip pressure have a major impact on a persons swing and being consistant rolling the ball.
The two types of grips are the conventional grip and the finger tip grip. Most bowlers begin with the conventional grip, eventually graduating to a finger tip grip.
          A) Conventional Grip - the finger holes are closer to the thumb and are larger to accomodate
the size of the fingers up to the second joint. Put your two middle fingers
in first then insert your thumb all the way to the base of your thumb.
          B) Finger Tip Grip
